Hi, I’m Dana.
Dana is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western University in Canada. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based care, with a strong focus on client-led, compassionate nutrition support.
Dana has a particular interest in women’s health and eating disorders, and I’m passionate about helping clients build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. Whether you’re navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, or just looking for realistic, non-judgmental guidance, she aims to create a safe and supportive space where your goals and experiences are truly heard.
Dana enjoys working with a wide range of clients, especially those feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition messages. Together, we’ll find what works for you—without rigid rules or pressure to be perfect.
A Fun fact about Dana is she loves experimenting in the kitchen and have a deep appreciation for food from different cultures—there’s nothing more rewarding than helping clients honour their heritage through food while still supporting their health
